Easy salmon

So I never seem to have all the ingredients needed for a lot of the recipes I find in cookbooks or online. Most of the time I am in a hurry (what mom isn't) and trying to be on a budget (again...who isn't!) So you gotta get creative and use what you can find. I want my kids to eat healthy which isn't always easy. But they love this salmon recipe. Quick easy done! Best part...you can prepare it while wearing your baby in a carrier! 2lbs of salmon 8 tablespoons of butter (I know th "healthy" just went out the window but what can I say...i like butter) 2 tablespoons leomon juice Seasonings (basil, salt, pepper, and McCormick Caribbean jerk) I just sprinkler it over the salmon. No time for measuring...just so it's covered) One spoon of garlic Wrap in foil and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees! Eat and enjoy!

Coleden found this bottle of Aleve (package says extra strength lasts up to 12 hours) and asked me what it was. I told him it was medicine. ...
